Our Service Fees
We work on a contingency fee of 15% for non-disaster, 10% for all disaster related claims.
It’s important our cost doesn’t prohibit you from receiving claim help. That’s because making your life whole is our PASSION.
As we are an added paid benefit service, our fees are based upon the percentage of the funds agreed to on the claim. Additionally, we leave the final decision making to you, the homeowner. We will not agree to any pricing that you do not fully understand and accept.

Industry Standard Fees
The industry standard is to maximize profit FROM YOU. Florida Statutes set a price ceiling for all public adjuster fees in the state: 20% for non-disaster claims and 10% for Governor declared disasters. Our competitors will charge you the full amount and you have every right to negotiate a better price with them.
Our standard is to maximize profit FOR YOU, not away from you. We are there to manage your claim from beginning to end, maximize the claim value to meet all repair needs, then collect a fair fee for our services. We’ve decreased our overhead in order to reduce our fees and thus maximize your profit.

When Do We Get Paid?
Our fees are not due until you have received funds agreed to on the claim.
With a contingency fee, we don’t get paid unless you do. The fees for all public adjusters are paid for by the homeowner, not your insurance company. Since we work on an agreed upon percentage, our fees are not determined until the claim is finalized—meaning you accept the funds that your insurance offers, then make payment for our services.
When To Hire Us?
In our experience, insurance company objectives are to keep their reserves up and the payouts down. Your insurance payments entitle you to fair compensation. Make sure you get it.
If you are struggling to sort through an insurance claim yourself then we are right for you. We oversee every detail of your case acting as a claims project manager. Our extensive knowledge of construction ensures your losses are fully understood and advocated.
OUR PROCESS:
- thoroughly review your policy
- assess damages to your property via inspection
- gather evidence for your claim
- meet with your insurance adjuster
- prepare detailed estimates
- negotiate the payout of your claim
Hiring us prior to meeting with your insurance adjuster ensures your claim is fairly represented from the onset of the claim. Conversely, you may hire us during or after the claim process: if you feel your insurance company has offered you less than what you are owed or denied your claim. It’s at any point of the claim process where we will always advise you to get another opinion, the sooner the better.
